Memberships

Quarterly  Membership

All current WVC faculty, staff, and employees are eligible for quarterly SRC memberships. All members must register for a quarterly membership at the SRC front desk. 

Individuals who work on WVC campus, but are paid by another entity are not eligible for memberships at this time.

Quarterly Membership Fee = $75.00

Auto Pay Membership

Annual Contract Memberships are only available to WVC Classified, Full-time Faculty & Exempt Employees. 

Fill out SRC Auto Payroll Deduction Form and email signed documents to the Student Rec Center Manager, gshaw@thamanaphotos.com 

Automatic Payroll Deduction Fee = $12.50/payroll

Canceling your membership: If you wish to cancel your Knights Membership, contact the SRC Manager by email to fulfill this request. Your membership will be terminated at the end of the academic quarter from the date of request. Please notify SRC Manager two weeks prior to the fend of the quarter. 

Quarterly Membership

All Seniors 65+ years of age are eligible for quarterly SRC memberships. All seniors must register for a quarterly membership at the registration office and pay dues at the cashiers office. Please present your receipt to SRC Staff upon check-in to the facility. 

Quarterly Membership Fee= $52.00

• $12.00 Fitness Center Fee
• $5.00 Tuition
• $5.00 Student Rec Center Construction Fee

Day Pass

We highly encourage WVC Student Recreation Center members to bring in guests and enjoy our state of the art facility. Guests must pay for day passes at the Student Recreation Center and must be processed/authorized by SRC Staff. Here's a few things to remember:

• Only WVC Student Recreation Center members may sponsor a guest. 
• Members are limited to 2 guests per day. 
• Guests must be at least 13 years of age to use the facility. 
• Eligible guests under the age of 18 must have a waived liability form signed by their legal guardian before having access to the SRC
• Guest must provide Staff with government issued picture ID with name and date of birth. 
• Guests must enter and exit the Student Recreation Center with their sponsoring member. 
• Member must accompany their guest while using the SRC and is responsible for the conduct and actions of their guest.
• Guests cannot check out equipment. The sponsoring member may check out equipment for their guest, but the host is still liable for the rental equipment.
• SRC staff reserves the right to deny access to any guest(s) for the safety of others. 

Day Pass Fee: 

• $5.00 Community Guest Pass
• $3.00 Student Guest Pass (with valid student ID card)
  • Middle/High School, Undergraduate, Graduate students.
